Class Overview:

Fitness Advantage focuses on good body mechanics to reduce the risk of injury and enhancesuccess, proper technique in basic lifts,

warm ups and cool downs, flexibility exercises, goal setting, team-oriented camaraderie, and overall fun. Proper nutrition, self-care,

and winning attitudes for optimal fitness and performance will also be included in each session. We firmlybelieve that fitness and

health are important to every youth reaching their potential in school, work, sport and life. Not everyyouth will be drawn to competition,

while some want to excel in sports; our program teaches strength and conditioning essentialsinclusive of all youth. Ultimately this program

seeks to provide an opportunity for success - physically and mentally!
