Since 1977 Ames Racquet & Fitness Center has provided Mid-Iowa residents with the superior fitness center they demand. Today, Ames Racquet & Fitness Center is considered by many as the center of it all when it comes to fitness. Over 70 employees help to carry out its mission to "promote healthy lifestyle changes for the community."

The staff at Ames Racquet & Fitness Center believes there are three elements to best fulfill their mission and they all have to do with quality - quality of facilities, quality of programs, and quality of service.
